Booking Terms

These are the terms you agree to when you request an appointment with Styled by Sky LLC. They exist so both sides know what was agreed.
Who you are booking with
Styled by Sky LLC, a California limited liability company, at 1307 W Sixth St, Corona, CA 92882.
Booking is a request until confirmed
Submitting the form sends a request. Your appointment is booked once Sky confirms it with you. A time is not held until then.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment, for all new clients and all full sets. It is sent by Zelle and comes off the balance of your service. If you cancel, or do not attend, the deposit is not returned.
Cancelling and rescheduling
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. With at least 24 hours notice, your deposit can be moved once to a new appointment. With less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not attend, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book again.
Arriving
Please arrive with clean lashes: no makeup and no mascara. There is one chair and no waiting room, so please do not arrive early. Arriving significantly late may mean the appointment has to be shortened or rebooked, and the deposit treated as a late cancellation.
Guests
Extra guests need approval in advance. There is one comfortable spot in the studio and it is yours.
Fills
Fills must be booked within the correct window. A two week fill is 12 to 16 days from your last appointment. Eighteen days or more is a three week fill. Beyond that there is not enough left to fill, and the appointment is booked and charged as a full set.
Payment
Cash or Zelle. Cards are not accepted. The balance is due at the appointment.
Health and suitability
Tell us before booking about any eye condition, allergy, recent eye surgery, or past reaction to lash adhesive. A patch test can be arranged. Lash extensions are a cosmetic service, not medical treatment, and no medical outcome is promised. If you have a medical concern about your eyes, speak to a doctor.
Results
Retention varies from person to person depending on your natural lash cycle, aftercare, skin type and daily habits. Aftercare guidance is given at the appointment and no specific retention period is guaranteed.
Photos
Photographs of your lashes may be taken for the portfolio. Tell us if you would rather they were not, and they will not be used.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot be limited under California law, including personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Riverside County, California.
Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies to your appointment is the one published when you booked. The date at the top shows the current version.
