This site should be usable whether you browse with a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, or with text enlarged. If something gets in your way, tell us and it will be fixed.
What we aim for
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the standard most commonly referenced for public websites in the United States.
What has been done
- Every image has a text description
- Text contrast meets AA in both the light and dark versions of the site
- The whole site, including the booking calendar, works with a keyboard alone
- A visible focus outline shows where you are when tabbing
- A skip link jumps straight to the main content
- Every form field has a real label, and errors are announced, not just coloured
- Buttons and links are large enough to hit comfortably on a phone
- The site follows your device's light or dark setting
- Motion is reduced automatically if your device asks for that
Known issues
- Fonts and icons load from outside services. If those are blocked or slow, the page still works but may look plainer for a moment.
- The booking calendar has not yet been tested with every screen reader and browser combination. Reports are welcome.
If something is not working
Message @styleddbysky and describe what you were trying to do and what happened. If the booking form is the problem, you can book by sending a direct message instead, and you will not be treated any differently for doing so.
