Short version: the only personal information collected here is what you type into the booking form so Sky can contact you about your appointment. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and there is no tracking on this site.
Who is responsible
Styled by Sky LLC, 1307 W Sixth St, Corona, CA 92882. Reach us through Instagram for any question about this policy or your information.
What is collected
Only through the booking form, and only what you enter:
- Your name - to know whose appointment it is
- Your phone number - to confirm the appointment and reach you if something changes
- The service, date and time you selected
- Number of guests, if any
- Anything you type in the notes box. This is optional. If you mention something about your eyes, allergies or sensitivities, it is used only to prepare for your appointment safely.
- The fact and time that you agreed to the deposit and cancellation policy
There are no accounts, no passwords, and no payment details collected on this site. Deposits are sent separately through Zelle, which is between you and your own bank.
What is not collected
This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta or TikTok pixel, no session recording, no advertising tracker, and nothing is stored in your browser. You are not profiled or retargeted.
Why it is collected, and the legal basis
To respond to your booking request and provide the service you asked for. In plain terms, you gave it to us so we could book you in. Nothing here is used for marketing unless you separately ask to hear from us.
Who else sees it
These companies handle data on our behalf. None of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes:
- Web3Forms - receives your booking form submission and emails it to Sky. It passes through their servers in transit.
- Vercel - hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, which include visitor IP addresses.
- Fontshare and unpkg - serve the fonts and icons this page uses. Because your browser fetches those files directly, these services can see your IP address and browser type. They receive nothing you type.
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with advertisers.
How long it is kept
Booking messages are kept in Sky's email for as long as needed to run the business and keep records of appointments, and are deleted when no longer needed. Ask and it will be deleted sooner where there is no legal reason to keep it.
Your rights
California residents may ask what personal information is held about them, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. You will not be treated differently for asking. To make a request, message @styleddbysky.
Styled by Sky does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share" process to opt out of.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. If a child has submitted information, contact us and it will be deleted.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No payment details or passwords are handled here. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the notes box that is not needed for your appointment.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
